Registration FAQ

  • CAMLIS will take place over three days, from October 21–23, 2026.

  • The conference will be held at Sands Capital, 1000 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22209. For more information, visit our Accommodations tab.  

  • NOW! CAMLIS sold out last year and we are on track to sell out again!

  • Yes, we are offering early bird discounts until May 31. We also offer student scholarships and discounts or complimentary tickets to speakers, sponsors, and onsite volunteers. 

  • All ticket sales are final. However, if the event is canceled or postponed, attendees will be offered a refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the new event date. 

    Please note that we will also refund your ticket if you are accepted as a speaker or selected for a student sponsorship.

  • YES! CAMLIS will be live streamed on zoom free of charge. This online registration will open on our website in September.

  • A detailed conference schedule will be available on our website at a later date. Please follow CAMLIS on X and LinkedIn for updates.

  • CAMLIS 2025 saw great success with CAMLIS Red submissions (a separate day of the conference focusing on red-teaming submissions). Since the proportion of submissions focusing on red teaming was quite high, this year, we are consolidating red teaming talks under a single CAMLIS conference. We will attempt to organize the program thematically, such that red-teaming talks are presented alongside other red teaming talks.

  • Yes, there will be a light breakfast and full lunch provided. We will also provide coffee, tea, and water. We cater to various dietary needs. 

  • There is no strict dress code, but we recommend business casual OR wearing your CAMLIS t-shirts! (Please dress appropriately for the weather as some activities may take place outdoors.)
